Pear Pizza

Pear Pizza 
SERVES: 1 
PREPARATION: 5 MIN 
COOK: 5 MIN 


We have had a long weekend here in Western Australia and Monday night tea had to be an easy one before we head back into the working week. So here is what I had for dinner tonight. 




Ingredients 
1 pita bread 
2 tbsp passata 
6 slices coppa 
1/2 of a round Tasmanian blue brie cheese
Rocket 
1 bosc pear
olive oil spray
sea salt flakes 


Method 


Preheat oven to 200C
Spread pita bread with the passata 
fold the slices of coppa to form little twists and place on pita 
roughly chop cubes of blue brie and scatter on pitta


place into oven for 5 minutes 


peel, quarter, and slice pear 
heat frypan, spray with olive oil spray 
place pear slices onto hot pan and sprinkle with sea salt, turn when browned. 


Remove pizza from oven 
place handful of rocket leaves on top 
top with pear slices, extra sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
